In the training world, I'm known as "Coach DC or Coach Delmar.

I also consult with and train a diverse group of driven individual clients, including corporate clients, men and women fitness, Senior citizens, athletes, youth, professional, and weekend warriors.

For the past 15 + years I have been immersed in fitness and human performance I'm a fitness and nutrition enthusiast and I strive to practice what I preach.

My goal is to be the best coach and trainer for my clients. If you're satisfied with mediocrity, we're probably not a good fit.
